IDENTIFICATION OF GOOD POTENTIAL INVESTIGATOR
Initially we found that in Kolkata & East region maximum 20-25 dr’s are
actively participating in clinical trial.
Hence we took below initiatives:
- Build a good communication with HOD of the department as well as senior professor to rule out administrative as well as academic hindrance.
- As most of them are busy with their own practices, we assured them below mentioned job will be performed by us:
- a. Entire communication with sponsor
- b. Communication with IEC
- c. Logistics
- d. CTA finalization & convince Hospital administration
